Bevan has over 15 years of experience in private equity. He worked with over 30 high-growth companies and has a track record of delivering strong returns to investors.

John-Paul Preston

Real Estate IC Member

John-Paul was a founding team member of Gresham House plc and Head of M&A. He has a strong Fund Management and M&A experience.

Julian Agnew

Real Estate IC Member

Julian Agnew, former CIO of LaSalle UK, oversees strategic investments and liaises between Research & Strategy and Fund Managers. He identifies trends, shapes portfolios, and has extensive experience in portfolio management and risk mitigation.

Mike Burden

Real Estate IC Member

Mike, formerly a partner at Cushman & Wakefield, specialized in alternative asset investments and development, with extensive experience in due diligence, asset management, and portfolio management. He has advised on over £6 billion in commercial property transactions.
